No pattern for its failure, It would run days or weeks then all of a sudden would not go. These guys stuck with this intermittent problem and found the cure was an intermittent soft failure in the ecm. Engine control module. As an electrical engineer that has worked over 40 years in industry, I can't say enough about how difficult a ghost problem can be. The mechanics at Maces stayed the course methodically checking off each potential failure point until the beast rared its ugly head at the right moment. The bottom line is that my van is fixed only due to the dedication of these guys to find the real cause and fix it. Thanks. In a time when so many people could care less about the customer, it is really wonderful to find those that really do put the customer first.

It was $5,000 over the original quote. The GPS was missing from my car and has not been replaced. There was a new scratch which occured while the car was in the shop and they have not repaired it.
