After doing daily business with this store for 15 years I made a mista... read more After doing daily business with this store for 15 years I made a mistake and am banned from the store. Ok, I'm 76 years old with a myriad of physical problems and as of late mental ones, suffering from severe anxiety and stress along with emotional problems. I tried to take a Hershey bar without paying for it, being all mixed up mentally and the medications I take cause confusion and a loss of reality at times. I spend on average 500 a month at this store, over 200 just for cigarettes alone. I understand it is wrong to not pay for an item, but I was confused, and actually wound up in the hospital the next day without knowing how I got there or why/ Having lost most of my mobility this is the only place I can get my daily needs since it is less than a block from home. I apologize for being stupid, but after all these years of doing business I would think a little consideration and forgiveness would be in order. It is not like it will ever happen again. One can overlook being stupid and there is no need for these draconian measures. I apologize and ask the store show some compassion.

After leaving kinda pissed off i decided a few days later to return to the store since i only lived a block away from it. (lucky me). To turn in at the VERY least the 2 lottery tickets i purchased at Circle K (which has a little better customer service then AMPM). as i walk i i see same clerk (JESUS) but now hes working the front counter lord help us ALL and here is why! as i approached the counter i acted like i didnt know if my tickets were winners or not to see what he do. i said can you please see if these are any winners as i am not positive as the game is a little hard 2 understand. (He said). ughhh yah. and scanned em however when there is NO winner it says sorry not a winner on screen. and when there is a winner it goes do do do do dooooo music.(neither happened) he turned to me and said Nope losers ill toss em for you. i Said no ill take em back. I though ONE was a winner 4 sure? he said nope losers. i re examined the ticket i KNEW had won 5 bucks and said hey it matches 3 number just like it should ? Can u scan it again? he did but very reluctantly well it musta been a miracle cuz then the do do do od dooo music rang and poof i won 5 dollars! i said thought u told me they were losers? and asked him how many other people been here that didnt know a game and u just simply lat them beleive they lost and tossed there tickets or better yet pocketed the money AFTER they left the store? he just chuckled to his co worker but i find this VERY disturbing. i HOPE someone in CHARGE ACTUALLY reads these and FIRES his ASS!!!

Clerk name (JESUS) was the person that i approached may 25th,2012 aprox 9:40pm by there so called Hot Food section. I was in the mood for something to munch on. 1st thing that caught my eye was there HOTDOGS that looked as though they slapped some beef jerky on the bun and served it. At this time i took the Hot Dog from the case and asked Jesus when this was made?He said it says it on the wrapper. I explained this is my FIRST time in a AMPM at that point he yelled out HEY so and so to a co worked WHAT TIME WERE THE HOT DOGS MADE!? she replied i dunno? he took the hot dog and say at 9:pm i said is it supposed 2 look like this then? He said then Dont buy it dude!I replied with Well you shouldn't be selling it dude! He said want it? buy it? or put it back.. I was disquisted and left without buying ANYTHING!!
