I've gone here before with a nail in my tire and they patched it for free! This last time I called needing 2 tires and my service was amazing. They went lower than the other quotes I got from around town. When I came in and found out that my tires needed to be aligned as well, they ended up not charging me for the alignment! My daughter drives a 1974 BMW. Parts are hard to come by, and pricey when you find them. John really went out of his way to locate sources of proper replacement parts at reasonable prices. Work he performed appears top notch. I'm very pleased with the service we received.

Really experienced. I have an Accura Integra GSR and its stick shift for those who don't know. No one seemed to be able to get the car to pass. Supposedly experienced smog inspectors said it was the car that something was wrong with it. Took it here and it passed in one try. oO. Wasted money. Should have been here in the first place. I started going to The Smog Guy (Don) about 4yrs ago. He and his staff are honest, fair & upfront with you. No unnecessary charges, courteous service and the absolute best in the valley. I refer everyone I know from my small mountain community and they have been extremely pleased. My Mother has also told all her acquaintances. She is pretty choosy when it comes to her Cadillac and would never consider taking it to anyone else but Don. Horrible customer service! I was told a 2 hour wait only to find out after the 2 hours they said there were six cars ahead and it would be even longer. At this point I asked to buy the tire and take it elsewhere only to have Richard the manager tell me I couldn’t pay cash and called me a liar and said that Arnold the employee that helped me in the first place never told me 2 hours. I proceed to get upset after they had already wasted 2 hours of my time called me a liar and wouldn’t sell to me because I only had debit for him to flat out say well I don’t even have to sell you anything! No people skills at all will not be going back there again and will tell everyone I know to not go there! And the crazy thing is I even called the district manager Tony and and he proceeded to say that I acted inappropriately and was not even there! So I’m guessing him and Richard must be close. Thanks you American tire for showing your true colors!

I came here a couple years ago, He will rip you off if you're a female. paid $80.00 for a smog My car didn't pass smog.... he said I would have to pay him $300.00 to fix a leak in my line. and another $50.00 to re smog my car after he fixed the leak. I drove my car to LA that day, took it to a smog place there and paid $55.00 What do you know it pass smog with flying colors. The leak in my gas line he was going to charge me $300.00 for ended up costing me $30.00 to fix. You're a JERK !! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!
