I am relatively new to the Tehachapi are. A good, honest car mechanic is one of the necessary professionals that one needs to find. (Along with a doctor, dentist, lawyer, accountant.) I went to Don's ProTech because everyone I asked around town all gave them high ratings. I was pleased to find that all the word of mouth reviews were accurate. I found them to be honest, courteous and communicated with me during the day so I always knew the status of my repair. Don's ProTech is now my preferred mechanic in Tehachapi. Had a check engine light that kept coming on for my ABS, P&N took care of it right away for a very reasonable charge, check engine light is off now and car is 100% once again. They know their stuff, great experience.

I just moved to Golden Hills area so, started getting my gas there before work need gas Three to four times a week now for a six day working week travelling over the hill to Bakersfield, Ca for work. What shocked me is that if I pay cash it cost $4.19 per gallon if I use my debit (not credit card) it cost me $4.29 per gallon whats up with that your already making ton's of money off the consumer for gas now why keep jabbing us for more money and if I purchase a cup of coffee in your store you charge me 10 cents for every creamer I use after two!!!!! Man I will just drive to faststrip and get my gas. You should be a shamed of the charges you are charging people.

This guy is a true professional; he can help you with any shorts (electrical issues) you may have in your vehicle. He does a lot of sound system installations corrections from other shops with respect and dignity. His motto: "Quality And Honesty Is First"

I was there June 1,2023. This was much more than an auto tire replacement. It was an auto wheel, struts hub, knuckle, stabilizer bar, etc. etc. etc. replacement.! Jesse was very helpful and he’s an honest mechanic and he goes above and beyond to get the job done right!

I was just starting an RV road trip when my power steering pump quit. I was towed to Performance, and I could not have had better luck. They found a replacement pump for me and installed it, working three hours past their closing time to get me back on the road. Very thoughtful about the work and kept me informed as it progressed.

This place knows how to do there job and they also know what there doing. They have really good rates. THEY GET THE JOB DONE!

Brian is an honest mechanic and thats hard to find he tells it like it is no sugarcoating. If it needs fixed if he cant do it he knows one who can and will still get it done for you. Will never take my autos anywhere else

Ever since Chris bought the shop I've trusted him and staff to service and repair two new trucks and three used cars. All work is backed up and done right as if his children were going to drive it. The Jag service was just my most recent work done there. I have been taking my 1974 Triumph TR6 to Andy for the past three years and had work done on the 2005 Altima of a student my wife and I help. I have always been nothing but completely satisfied with their work. Their rates are fair (below that of the dealer or lesser quality work done in other shops. I found their knowledge and work superior and there research to be thorough. I recommend them to anyone with both modern and classic cars, both American and foreign.

I went over to Brandons truck repair for an oil change, little did i know that they have an excellent inventory in tires. I'm glad i stopped by i got low Pro 22.5 Bfgoodrich for a great deal, the tire manager provided an excellent service and great prices!!!!

This an older location, but welcoming. Setting an appointment couldn't be easier, and the staff is eager to meet your exact needs. Justin is an insanely busy man, but an excellent multi-Tasker, and the epitome of professional, a true machine. These guys are great. While traveling on vacation, I experienced a pan gasket leak, (just replaced by another shop in San Diego) and by chance pulled into this shop. The manager and crew got us back on the road in record time and saved day one of our very precious vacation time. If I lived in Bakersfield, I would take all of my cars to this shop. M.
