No-pressure shop that's owned and operated by car guys who combine their passion with their work and are there to help you with whatever you throw their way.Turnaround time has always been as-quoted or sooner, prices are great, employees are super friendly (Steve is all smiles all the time), and I've always gotten great recommendations from them for things they don't specialize in. Got my 335 battery replaced, heard only the dealer could do it due to needing a computer to register battery. But apparently they have the same hi tech computer to code or register your bmw

poor customer service. I bought a set of springs and structs. I ended up with a defective struct and apparently different from the other 3. The tech (Dave) at tech support asked to install it on my car to see to let it cycle a few times? Problem: The shock compressed and Stayed compressed ... Hello? The other 3 worked just fine. just like how gas shocks are supposed to work.
