I took my SUV to the dealership for 10 years for its routine service, then (once the warranty wore off) I wised up and decided to visit a shop instead. My dad recommended Bergin's, and I'm so glad he did. These guys are the best. From the customer service to their expertise, I don't believe it gets any better. They're always efficient and communicative. They've given me a heads up to expect to have to replace/repair XYZ during my next oil change, which is so extremely helpful with budgeting. You guys rock! You picked up the car from our home, took care of biz, texted me a pic of an update. I called and told me that the running light actual holder/bracket burnt out. All in all, still $100 to repair about and you guys dropped it back in the afternoon. Super nice, super convenient with all that's going on with quarantine. I left a positive review on Yelp and posted on Nextdoor that you guys are open. I can't say enough about Bill's. They are truly amazing. We're all too aware of the horrible reputation "auto shops" have had for years and we're also turned off by the grotesque price gouging you get from dealerships. Neither of these realities pertains to Bill's Quality Auto. These guys are Top Notch. They maintain the highest AAA Standards and the community just loves them. They are so amazing, honest and highly trained that they are THE recommended automotive care facility for The 805 Foundation. Had a terrific experience with them. I live in Arizona and bought a car in California that needed major engine repairs. I was told by one mechanic it needed a new engine yet they were able to repair it without having to replace it. The owner and his mechanic are very knowledgeable and responded very quickly to me with any questions. He worked with me as far as being out of state and was able to keep my car until I was able to get to California to pick it up at no extra charges. I highly recommend this establishment. The reason I chose to go with him was they had previously repaired another car for me about six years back with the similar issues from Kia, as far as the dealership telling me I needed a new engine when I actually did not. Dependable Car Care definitely saved me a lot of money and they also gave me a warranty for 36,000 miles or three years whichever comes first.

I became a customer for life for two reasons, Customer Service and Price. I've been to many repair shops in So Cal over the years and have yet to ever experience the utter dedication to a customers real needs. Not only the value, but the quality of that value. I don't know how they do it in this day and age, when anywhere else charges 30%-40% even 50% higher in labor. JT's Automotive offer the best labor rates I've honestly ever come across, and trust me I'm not one to write reviews. In fact I would rather keep the best kept secret for auto maintenance & repair in Ventura County to myself (because who enjoys waiting for anything...). However, I feel that I owe it to this shop to let people know how unbelievably cool it is to have a place to take my vehicles without any concern for anything. I know it will be done right, and fast, and for the best price anywhere. Hats off to all those guys over there, they make things not feel so bad, in an age of high priced everything... keep it up man!

Hello Dear Mr. Jeff Allen, I am contacting you regarding my 1941 International Harvester that was involved in an accident on Tuesday November 13, 2012. It has now been 21 days and Scott's Hot Rods & Customs 3421 Galaxy Place Oxnard, CA 93030 Phone (805) 485-0382 Contacts: Justin or Jeff, have emailed the photo's of the damage along with the estimate of what the cost will be to repair my Hot Rod. I am asking that you please, if any way possible, move my claim # 2522071001 on Policy 051 787 405 to high priority. While I realize everyone is very busy with a large work load of claims and repairs I am asking that this be moved up to urgent. The Hot Rod is used 1-3 times a month towards the Boys & Girls Club of the Port of Hueneme as a show piece item for several of their functions. The Boys & Girls Club relies on the small amount they may receive of $200.00-$1,000.00 that my Hot Rod will generate by hopefully placing 1st, 2nd or 3rd and by the children becoming interested in automotive building, repairing and maintenance. In other words, it keeps some of the at risk children off the streets and focused on the productive rewards of automobile mechanics and automotive history as well safe and courteous driving. I am please asking that Mr. Jeff Allen contact Jeff or Justin at Scott's Hot Rods & Customs today and give them the needed approval and authorization to begin and finish the repairs as soon as possible. I realize this may be asking a great deal from all you gentleman who I know are all very, very busy. HELLO MY NAME IS TOM. THIS IS NOT A SHOP YOU WANT TO GO TO. THE OWNER IS NOT A MECHANIC. I TOOK MY TRUCK TO TRANS PRO FOR A LEAK FROM THE TRANSFER CASE. IN ORDER TO FIX THAT YOU HAVE TO OPEN IT UP. FROM A DISTANCE I WATCHED HIM POWNED ON THE TRANSFER CASE. WHEN I SAW THE MECHANICS FROM BOTH SHOPS LOOKING AT HIM AND HIS OWN MECHANICS SHACKING THERE HEADS I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG. THEN I SAW THE COMMENTS ON GOOGLE AND YELP. I THOUGHT OF IT. I WENT TO PICK UP MY TRUCK AND STARTED IT. THE TRANSFER CASE WAS SHACKING SO BAD LIKE IT WAS GOING TO BLOW UP. I ASKED HIM WHY IS IT DOING THAT.HE SAID BUDY YOU ONLY CAME IN FOR A LEAK AND ITS NOT LEAKING ANYMORE. I HAD MY TRUCK TOWED TO STEVES TRANSMISSION AND THEY TOLD ME THEY FOUND SAW DUST AND WAS MISSING PARTS. IT COST ME 800.00 TO FIX RIGHT.JUST LIKE THE COMMENTS SAID (Beware of the Butcher of Oxnard) I THINK ITS NOT ON YELP ANYMORE. THATS NOT RIGHT FOR ONE REASON PEOPLE LIKE ME ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WE CAN TRUST.

NO RESPECT FOR ANY PERSON'S PROPERTY ! Maxxo mobil auto detailing came to my home in Oxnard for a full works detail service. Turned out to be a horrific experience. These guys damaged my Porsche severely leaving wax on so long that my paint job is trashed. Also put a huge scratch under the door handle. Not to mention a horrible, permanent odor left behind on the interior. Needless to say the owner completely refused to accept responsibility. My lawyer is handling it for now. Would give zero stars if possible.
