A Young, heavily made up, unprofessional and rude mexican broad (i use... read more A Young, heavily made up, unprofessional and rude mexican broad (i use broad- cause she was sooo unlady, unprofessional like!) was working cash register @ 9:36pm (10/4/17)...With a Horrible disposition!!! My disabled son paid for gas and sat $$ down on counter, only to "recieve such unnecessary, disrespectful & unprofessional interaction from her in return!!" I needed more gas...But, my son had great anxiety about going back in. I go to get the extra gas..& asked her about her rudeness...Only to have her disrespect me!!! She Refuse to provide manager info.as well!!! She is a POOR representation of the Shell Brand!!!! And, should be reprimanded, reschooled on correct professional customer service, etc... Because, her dumb ass don't know who's dealing with what impairments, etc... AND, SHE NEEDS TO LEAVE HER UGLY, BULLYING TYPE DEMEANOR @ her Home---- & NOT DISRESPECT CUSTOMERS, ELDERS (as myself), ETC.... Because, her disposition is just like the bullies we're hearing about in the schools, etc... I've Never seen a Shell employee as Sub par as her!!! I HOPE the right Shell members see this & Deal with it/her appropriately!!!! Remember this type of nonsense she displays represnt SHELL!!!! ** Members from Disability Act would love to know how unprofessional, mean & rude "Dianna" is to your customers!!!!!
