She came into your shop and was treated excellently! You repaired her tire mounted it back and sent her on her way. You could have taken advantage of her inexperience and sold her a new tire, BUT you did all of this work at NO CHARGE and for looking after my daughter I Thank-you and wish all of you a Merry Christmas.
