When I realized my car was leaking oil I brought my car to them to find out what was going on. They took the time to look carefully for the source of the leaks and found the valve cover gasket had shrunk over time and the bolts had worked their way loose. They also noted that the radiator and heater hoses were old and cracked. The car was leaking oil AND water! Nathan and Kevin replaces the gaskets and hoses, tightened the bolts and attended to a few other issues. I got my car back running like new! I'm really impressed with their attention to detail. J&W Wreckers ripped me out off! I bought a piece from them and they sh... read more J&W Wreckers ripped me out off! I bought a piece from them and they shipped me the wrong part. I talked to the owner over the phone and though he admitted he sent me something other than what I ordered, he said he would not return my money till I paid for the return shipping on the part that I did not order. He wanted to make me pay a restocking fee as well. After many, many calls he finally agreed to return all the money but when I sent the item back he only gave me a partial refund. He was very rude over the phone and kept lying to me. Now he has the part and my money.
