I had a problem with a stuck bolt on my battery terminal and was dreading taking it to a mechanic expecting overpriced labor and hassle. Automedic has changed the way I view Auto Shops. They quoted me at $50-$100 over the phone which I thought immediately was reasonable and in my price range. When I got there the technicians were very friendly and started working on it right away. I was out the door in 30 minutes and was only charged $35 dollars. Fair, Honest, Fast and friendly. I would defiantly recommend this to friends and family.

Referred to Family Auto Care by CarMax since they were booked throughout the month. Was impressed by the service Nicole and Sean provided. Very understanding to my situation and was able to offer me a drop off and a pick up ride to and from their shop. Very polite and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs. They explained every thing to me, and even took my motorhome to finish the smog testing.

My truck wouldn't pass the smog test and you discovered a broken cigarette lighter. I had been plugging a dash camera into it and that was causing the fuse to mess up.
