She talked to mechanic i guess and told me he would be up shortly to take a look. So i wait and wait and i understand that they were busy but someone at least tell me something. Anywho i finally had to walk out. Wasnt happy about it but cant stand around all day. But before that service was great

Your service representative have it a inspection and said that they were fine. I drove to family reunion and almost died. Took the car into a different place and found out my brakes were shot and unsafe. Your manager did nothing to solve this. I will never use your business again,and will incouage my family and friends to do same.
I had a mechanical failure on my wheelbearings on my 99 Ford F2 50 at ... read more I had a mechanical failure on my wheelbearings on my 99 Ford F2 50 at 2 AM in Alamosa Colorado. Knowing nothing about Alamosa Colorado I had my truck towed. The wrecker driver towed it to to Automotive Concepts. I rented a car and drove back to Texas. I went the following week and picked my truck up. My truck ran great for the thousand mile road trip. I called and spoke with the lady on the phone at Automotive Concepts the day after my truck was dropped off. The lady that answered the phone was super nice and helpful. They fixed my truck and I had to pick it up on a holiday the following week which was memorial day. They left the keys in my glove box along with the receipt I paid over the phone. The gentleman that spoke with me about my truck told me everything that was wrong with it and what they had fixed. They were super nice and helpful. I was so grateful and if I lived in Alamosa Colorado I would definitely use them for all of my truck repairs. I cannot say enough of how helpful and how awesome their customer service was. Warranty is very good for their repairs. Five stars all the way.
