Went in to do a tire swap and it was basically a disaster. Put directi... read more Went in to do a tire swap and it was basically a disaster. Put directional tires on backwards, balanced tires when they were muddy which once driven on for 2 minutes had an incredible wobble in steering wheel, they found a crack in one of my rims so wouldn’t balance or put it back on car, which is fair but then put the spare, which is a different size than my other tires on the driving axle!?! Are they trying to ruin my differential? Then I got a replacement rim and they swapped it with a rim that wasn’t cracked!?! All these things I caught myself. They did happily and apologetically fix all aforementioned items. But sheesh.
I got the brake job done elsewhere for 200.00 less than what you quot... read more I got the brake job done elsewhere for 200.00 less than what you quoted me. Oil change was fine but could have also had that done cheaper .
