They diagnosed nothing being wrong and made me feel stupid telling me that I need to have my temperature on low and not high. Then later that day I came back and literally showed them what was going on and they said to take it to a dealership.

Upon return at the appointed time it was clear they had not rotated the tires because they did not have the correct lug nut removal tool and had to ask my wife where hers was. If they forgot to do it just admit it.
