I have never once been satisfied with the way this dealership does business. Costumer service is atrocious, every time I'd take my bike in for service the service department would give me attitude and sometimes even persuade me to not do the service because you can tell they simply dont wanna do the work. The service work done is always half-ass everytime i'd get my bike back it would be filthy, on one occasion i remember so much grease on my chain you could barely see the chain itself. Jason is the only technician I trust so if you do have to take your motorcycle to this place which i'm sorry you do make sure you ask for Jason to do the work. I was charged 105$ for them to tell me that my oil pan gasket was leaking which would've taken 5 minutes max to figure out! This place just wants you to buy a motorcycle and then forget about you. I waited over 2 months for them to complete a service that should've taken a day and I had to call them!! they told me my bike was ready and it wasn't. Ive given this dealership so many chances and i just cant take it anymore, they've pushed me to where id rather drive an hour north to Tri-City Cycles in loveland and get work done their. The attitude the staff member Robb gave me was unacceptable and hes the service manager!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere because this place has serious problems, I don't see them being in business much longer with they way that they conduct business.

The front end headlight assembly bar dented the front fender. I knew that was a problem and would continue to be a problem. I found out about traxxion front end front fork shock ak-20 kit and checked for a dealer that installed the traxxion system. Nece trikes came up in Windsor Colorado about 40 miles from Broomfield where I reside. I scheduled an appointment with Cindy and had the ak-20 installed on Saturday the 16th of July 2016. I will be honest u am a skeptic about most things that seem to good to be true. But would give the am-20 a fair assessment. Monty and jack got to work on the bike and installed new ak-20 front suspension kit. Monty tested his handy work and was pleased and had my self test the bike out. Immediately I noticed a difference just sitting on the bike and driving the bike on how well it handled over bumps no bottoming out more confident on turns and seems like really stable front end now. Still needed to drive it home on the highway felt good. One more test needed took my wife out on the bike Sunday and she also noticed how smoother and softer the ride had improved. Especially over bumps on the road. Put in 200 miles all over Colorado foot hills Morison, evergreen. Chat field and hwy93 going to boulder. I am truly a believer on the Harley traxxion ak-20 front end suspension and will recommend it to others. Want to thank Monty and Cindy and Jack for their hard work and assurance on the ak-20 front end suspension kit. Nece trikes is a good company to have your suspension upgraded. Dale
