These are the only folks I've trusted my Volkswagen within the last three years or so - my roommate has brought her Honda there for six years. They are honest, reliable, and the only people I feel comfortable trusting my car with. They explain everything very clearly, have great customer service, and are incredibly knowledgable about Volkswagens. I'm writing this after a major engine repair and I'm still thrilled about them. I can't say enough good things about Alan at Rogers Tire & Repair. We had a run-in with construction debris that blew out two tires on our new car when we were passing through Alachua. Alan worked some magic and found the (odd size) tires we needed in another city and was able to get us on our way the next day. He kept in touch with us to let us know how things were going the whole time we were there. He even called to make sure the tires were performing to our satisfaction and that we had gotten home safely. Amazing customer service from great mechanics and really good, honest people! Best auto repair in Gainsville.I had my spark plugs replaced.I had called the day before and was given an estimate. When I arrived the parts were there, the work was performed in the time period they had specified and the work was completed for less than their estimate.They were recommended to me by a man that has raced cars for over 40 years and they maintain his vehicles. I am completely satisfied and will use Ahrens Auto Service for all my automotive repairs.

I LOVE this Goodyear! They know me by name and are always honest and very reputable. There have been a couple of times that I was there and they found one or two things that were wrong with my vehicle that needed to be fixed. Since I am very skeptical of getting ripped off by car repair places, I checked around, only to find out that not only were they right, but they quoted me the best price! Now I know that I can relax and trust that they will be honest and take great care of me. I can't speak highly enough of this place. I've been going to them for years!

Stay away! I have a 1999 gold edition gts Subaru Legacy kept in a garage for last 13 years (dash is perfect). Geigo insurance uses Roundtree for claims and in Dec 12 I was told to leave my car for 5 days. when I dropped my car off I asked the front desk woman if she would mind asking the mechanics to replace the window sun shields when the car is parked in the lot, her reply was that the mechanics may have to move your car 15 times or more and they can t be bothered by dealing with window sun shields . I came back 5 days later and found that the car was never moved. I should have never left it. I have since taken my car to another auto body shop. If you care about your car do not take to someplace that does not. Can t comment about the ability of the mech s but if the front desk is any indication I suggest you go elsewhere.
