Over the years, I've purchased several cylinder heads from Clearwater and have never had a problem. The cylinder heads I received looked like new heads, not reconditioned. I'm now the Automotive Program Director for Vatterott College in St. Charles, Mo. In fact, I'm about to call them for a price on a head for a 2005 Jeep Liberty.
I have purchased remanufactured heads from this company for several ye... read more I have purchased remanufactured heads from this company for several years and have been pleased with their services, If I ever had any problems a quick phone call to them and they always helped me resolve the issue weather it was my mistake or a miss understanding when gave them the information. They have alway's been courteous on the phone and in person when I enter the store. I will continue my business with them and like the fact that they don't question my integrity as a professional and I am the same with them.
Bought several heads from this business starting with Complete Jeep 4.... read more Bought several heads from this business starting with Complete Jeep 4.0L head which were excellent, to complete ford 2.3L Head which our shop had to rework a valve job due to valves not seating properly, and just purchased a recondition, mid 80's GM 2.5L Head which failed our Axe cylinder head pressure test tool twice! After returning the second failed head, I received a phone call from Clearwater stating that they were going to charge us a 20% restocking fee!
