This location had recently hired a new mechanic, who is EXCELLENT. That is the reason for my 5-star rating.  He had done several extensive repairs on my car at his previous work place. He KNOWS his work inside and out, is always professional, always ready to answer as many questions as you may have and explain in detail. He does not cut corners and will try to save you money whenever possible. If you come here, ask for him. His name is John, and he is a Caucasian guy with a goatee who works weekday afternoons.

Do not take your vehicle here unless you enjoy poor customer service, being ignored, no communication, and being ripped off.  After having my car there for 2 days for an oil change, repair 2 sensors and sparkplugs they billed me $150 over what they quoted me.  I had to physically go in to see if my car was done because no one called in over 24 hours, everytime I called I was given excuses and told that they would call me.  When I got there my car was miracuously finished and all the assistant manager cared about was what method of payment I would be using to pay my bill.  customer service and loyalty are evidently not a concern for this "big business" or their employees.  Hope my $ goes far for them because I will never spend another dime at this pepboys or any other.  Give me a mom and pop garage any day where they actually care about providing good service and want their customers to return.  I hope this review helps others decide where NOT to take their for service.
