This is by far, the most PROFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE and HONEST automotive service I have encountered since moving to Port St Lucie 2 years ago. I purchased a used vehicle that I needed to check out as it had very high mileage. I needed to have my fuses checked and my moonroof to operate- they informed me that I would be charged one hour of labor for a diagnostic and if it could be fixed the charge would be prorated to the actual time of repair. Fuses checked and the moonroof was opened (unfortunately the tracks and motor needed replacement and I elected to just leave it open due to the cost of replacements/installation). I was ONLY charged 30 minutes of labor and came away with LESS than half of one hours labor!!! All the techs (AND Service Manager) were cheerful and took the time to explain each step involved and to return if anything else came up. I have another issue which was resolved and dealt with their thorough knowledge and service--truly 5 STAR SERVICE!! I am a senior citizen and trust AMO Auto Service for competence and completeness---also very nice lobby!!!!!!!! Michael S.

I had trouble with my A/C and the dealer said I had a leak and it would cost over $2,000 to fix it. I was referred to Richie and he found it was just the motor and fixed it for half the price and it has not had a problem since. I now only go to Richie as he is fair, honest, and works quickly. I was quoted alot more at Jiffy lube for a front brake service. My neighbor referred me to Sheridan Automotive. Not only did they treat me like an old friend, but they also replaced my front brake pads with factory parts at a price less than Jiffy Lube. I am glad that I have found them. Only two miles from my house.

I delt with Art .I will say that Art is a very nice man makes you feel good and calm .I would rate him alone number one in Customer Service ! I had moved and left my car to come back and get it .But of course thanks to the great landlord services in Fl.There words aren't the best .Art went and towed my 97 GmC to his shop waited for me to send my key .*** Then finding out there were other issues wasn't my cup of tea . I had some choices to make from afar . Now I guess all I can say is that .I as I a woman in the Automotive industruty really wouldn't just let her car go for $200 dollars now . So I found thatArt was the one person that made me feel the best about me deciding but hard to take my car from the shop for a second oppinion .And we all deserve this .But leaving me with a $175.00 tow bill because I wasn't fixing it there ? LOL wow amazing how scamming thing can end up in the end .But I still like Art !

I bought a car from suburban volvo palm beach about 1 1/2 years ago.i just went to get new tires for our cx-70, and found out it needed 215/65/16 102v tires.v tires are for cars that have a high speed rating.here i find out that the tires on the car sold to me were not the rated tires required by the manufacture. putting me and my family at risk of blowing a tire at high speeds.VOLVO SAFETY NOT AT SUBURBAN!!!
