These guys are great. Just moved to town and another local recommended them. They got it done fast, right & a great price.

This auto service provided poor service to me. My car stayed at this shop for three weeks with no service. I asked the owner when was he gonna troubleshoot my car. He said that they was going to get to it. The moral of the story is.....If you do not see other customers that look like you, Beware!

I was stranded on the side of the road and they saved me a tow fee when they came and put a new alternator on. I checked prices around and they were in line with the shops, but they came to me. What a wonderful service.

I have been taking my cars to Pedro for a couple of years now, and I estimate he has saved me hundreds of dollars on car repairs. When other shops inflated their quotes to thousands of dollars, I have been able to take the car to Pedro and get a fair estimate. He does good work, and I have always got my car back the same day. Take it to Pedro and you will be happy you did.

Super nice staff, I did not feel like I was given misinformation. They were really genuine in trying to help me! I will be going back to them in the future (if I need transmission help)

Honest and dependable! I found Capital City Auto Repair after a "car emergency" that required me to find a repair shop in a hurry. I am so glad that Capital City Auto Repair was there. They did a great job on my car, and the work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. The price can't be beat! I am very satisfied with Capital City Auto Repair and will definitely use them again the next time my car needs maintenance or repair.

They sprayed so-called "Windex" on te distributor cap, told me it was a bad cap, showed me a spark, and charges $90.00 for the "diagnosis. ' After replacing the cap, I found the miss was inchanged. Three weeks later i learned it was a problem with the computer. The cap had nothing to do with it. I looked at the old cap recently and it IS STILL MOIST - like it waws covered with salt or another dessicant. I think they sprayed something other than Windex. Don't waste your money with that con.

I purchased a window tint job for my 2006 Mustang, in June 2006 due to the fact that they offered a"lifetime guarantee" , as you can get window tint done most anywhere I went with Car & Truck Concepts based mainly because of the warranty. Well I recently developed severe bubbling on rear window (a safety hazard as you cannot see very well at night) and pealing on driver and passenger window, I called the shop, asking about the warranty, was told as long as I had the original receipt and invoice they would honor, so I collected the things I was told I needed, went to the shop, and Joe the tint guy was out of town, told to come back next week. So the next week rolled around and I went yet another time to get my "Lifetime Warrantied Tint job" fixed due to above mentioned, when I entered I spoke with "Joe", well low and behold, now I had to have a guarantee card, which I believe was never given to me as I had the invoice and receipt stapled together, I have every receipt and paperwork for oil change, brake, transmission, etc.. ...."ALL" car services in my glove box. But there was no "guarantee card" so I got the old "sorry Sir, we cant honor our LIFETIME GUARANTEE we promised you at purchase". I explained that I have every piece of paper for maint. work I have ever had done on the car, and you can see that the receipt is stapled to the invoice, so apparently your checkout person never gave me a "warranty card".........Sorry cant help you..........No attempt was made by "Jo Doughty" to take care of the customer, no intention of honoring his shops work.......PLEASE anyone out there, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, they DO NOT BACK UP THEIR SERVICES, I even called and spoke once again trying to give them a chance to do the right thing, never returned call.. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, THEY DO NOT HONOR PROMISES....

Horrible Horrible. I took my Honda there on 04-02-2011 because the brake light came on. Tom was my service advisor. They told me that the problem was the brake master cylinder failed ($345.00), which I had just changed one year before. I took my car to the local Honda dealer for a second opinion. The certified Honda technician said the only problem was that the brake fluid cap had a leak and costs only $45.00 to replace. The worse part is that my AC was working fine until I brought my car to tires plus, then, it wasn't cooling any more. I called them and they said I had to pay them to have it looked at again. Again, stay out of that tires plus. They either don't know what they're doing or they try to rip people off.

Do not go to Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 2211 Apalachee Parkway Tallahassee, FL 32301. I basically paid $100 diagnostic fee just to turn a simple sensor problem into couple thousand engine problem. Not only did they add 1000+ miles to my odometer (showing on their report) but they took more than a week before allowing me to take my vehicle for second opinion. The store manager wanted to take a second look and insisted for more time to double check their diagnosis when I declined their $500+ estimate to fix the sensor issue. Immediately after taking it to another Repair Shop, the new mechanic (who was highly referred) told me the vehicle arrived with no oil and the absence of oil caused major damage to engine. It would now cost me $1,300 to $2,000 to replace engine. Firestone Complete Auto Care checked-off on their list the vehicle arrived with oil and all fluid levels were good. I had the vehicle towed to the other Repair Shop and it was impossible the oil leaked-out without anyone noticing. The fact the vehicle was in possession at Firestone Complete Auto Care for 10 days and they did not mention any oil leaks is suspicious. I did complain to Firestone Headquarters who prompted the Arbitration Process and my case was assigned to Di L. Rogers. Mr. Rogers said after reviewing the Independent Claim Adjuster's report, he would make a decision but soon after receiving it, he either quit or was fired. They reassigned my case to Gil Leon who claimed the Independent Claim Adjuster who THEY HIRED sided towards Firestone Complete Auto Care but I was not allowed a copy of the Independent Claim Adjuster's Report (or even have his telephone number to verify it's accuracy) claiming it was a "In-House Document". It is disturbing what occurred, the fact is I purchased my vehicle new and the warranty well-maintained my vehicle. The Extended Warranty was good for another 3 years or 30,000 miles. The warranty just did not cover the minor issue, i.e. sensor.

Ray Gordon Brake Service has been doing my brakes ever since I started driving. They always have given me great service. Don't know why people like this Greg dude expect people to work for nothing. Wonder what kind of truck he brought, too??? Probably a big one.

I went to the store that is on Capital Circle N E, An told the male working the issue . I needed a new battery for my key, Mind you the screw on the key was perfectly fine when I first brought the key in. The male (Gavin) proceeded to use 3 different sized screws to unscrew the screw an in the process of him doing that stripped the screw. I should have known that he had no idea of automotive stuff when I asked him of window guards an he acted as if he didnt know what we were speaking of After 3 attempts I let him know the screw was fine when we first brought it in an we looked at it an he had stripped the screw. At least have people that know of vehicle stuff if working in a store like this ! When we left we proceeded to call back to get the managers name an the distrect managers name an all he could give us was a name for the manager an acted like he did not know the distrect managers name. I had to proceeded to call another store to get the info. I called the store where this happened to find out when the store manager would be in an Gavin is the one that answered ,I informed him of what he did an had nothing to say of this , I said to him " You cant even apologize or anything of this ,Sad when a customer tells you this " I will NEVER shop at this place again Should have read the revies before hand! If I could give 0 stars I would,this does not deserve a star at all.

I brought my car into to have an oil leak diagnosed, and replace a faulty oil pan. They replaced the gasket and oil pan and I provided the parts. It was still leaking so I returned it several times over the next few months and they tightened the bolts, and another time they replaced the gasket and pan again with my supplied parts. Then they convinced me that the Rear Main seal was the partial cause of the oil leaks also, and they charged me to replace the Rear Main and suggested that the crank shaft probably had a groove formed under the seal and that a product called a Repair Sleeve would be needed. I purchased the parts and they did the work. When they started up the car the oil leave from the rear main was pouring out!! They had put the repair sleeve in improperly, so I had to go and purchase another one. I showed them the manufactures procedures for installing the sleeve, and the owners father got mad at me and told me to get the hell out and not to tell them how to do their job! They did not follow the manufacturer procedure for repair and it still leaks a small amount. When I returned to pick up the car to guarantee that it was not leaking, due to this being about the 4th time I had to return, the owner Dave REFUSED to let me inspect the car and demanded only cash, no check, no credit card, then he told me that the work would NOT be guaranteed either and took the keys hostage. I reluctantly paid the bill and drove a few blocks and inspected the underneath and found that it was still leaking!!! I immediately took the car to Der Meister auto repair who inspected the car for free ,and we filmed the condition underneath. It had 5 oil pan nuts that were loose and leaking. Der Meister tightened up the nuts to spec and two wouldnt tighten at all because they were tight as could be. When I drove off I also found that the car wouldnt shift gears when it was running! They had let air into the clutch lines when the installed the Clutch while they did the rear main. I called them the next day as it was after 5pm now, and they told me to drive it to their shop and they would look at it!! Seriously! Drive it there! To have these idiots work on it again!? I had paid Tire Town and Muffler to stop the oil pan leaks, and apparently they wouldnt guarantee the Repair Sleeve work. The oil pan was still leaking. And they refused to fix it. I had Honda Dealership inspect and they determined that the oil pan was leaking and removed the lock washers that Tire Town and Muffler had put on the pan, and this appeared to stop the leak. Upon inspection the gasket was torn in several places , in the exact locations of the leaking nuts observed prior when Der Meister looked at it. Tire town refused to reimburse me for charging me and the repair not being completed, and them refusing to work on the car further. These people are scum. Do not take your car there!! They lied about what had happened, were not capable of changing an oil pan and gasket, nor putting on a repair sleeve properly. I told me that I would have to sue them to get the money back!! Even after I showed them the damaged oil pan gasket, they claimed that someone damaged it after I left them. However it was leaking immediately after I left them and gasket was damaged in the exact places of the leaks!! They will be super nice at the counter to get your work then they are jerks later.
