No long term employees is part of the problem and diagnosing is questionable. Drive to Orange Park for same day service and satisfaction.

I have no idea why some people are commenting negative about these peo... read more I have no idea why some people are commenting negative about these people. My experience was nothing but excellent. I took my Mercedes to Kris to fix an electrical draw that nobody was able to figure out in the past. Im from South Carolina, but we have a condo in St. Augustine, and a friend of mine told me about Jerrys. I was hesitant at first, because if a big dealership cannot troubleshoot my problem how can these local folks be more experienced? Well, let me tell you all, I was taken back by these people`s honesty. Kris told me something I have never heard before: "well, we can certainly try to see what is going on with this bad boy, it may take a few days, but we will do our best to test and check every possible issue we came across. And even if it will take us days to figure out what is wrong here, we will charge just a reasonable amount for diagnostics. And, if we cannot fix it, there would be no charge. We live and learn, right??" I knew, I was at the right place. Kris faithfully called me a few times and kept me posted what was going on with my car. I was treated with respect, honesty and fair prices. It took them a few days to figure out what was wrong with my car, but indeed they fixed it. Nobody can call these guys dishonest or unfair, when he worked numerous hours to diagnose the electrical draw from my command system but he only charged me 2 hours flat! When I asked him why only 2 hours he said: sir, I cannot charge you more, it would not be fair. I was in shock. The dealer up north charged my thousands after thousands of dollars for basically nothing, they were not able to figure out what was wrong with my car. No wonder why my friend recommended Jerrys and Jerrys only. Im a customer for life for sure. Peter S.
