We brought our Bay liner with us on vacation and noticed a terrible noise and vibration when out on the water.  We found Latitude 27 online and gave them a call.  We were very fortunate to speak with Jeff who took care of everything.  He gave us a guess estimate over the phone which turned out to be 100% accurate.  He was professional, experienced, and courteous!  The characteristic we appreciated most was his concern and sense of urgency for the customer.  He fit in the work we needed done so that our vacation time would include a reliable boat.  He also went out of his way to rush the receipt of the parts needed.  He kept us informed on every step and kept his word true.  We could not be more satisfied with his service, and highly recommend this business to anyone in need of boat repairs or maintenance.
