I have taken my car to this location several times and never had a bad experience. They provide honest pricing and great service. During one instance I took my took my car in due to an unusual noise the car was making. It turns out the Honda Dealership never secured my tire and the tire was close to flying off and causing a major accident. They took a look at my car fixed the issue and did not take advantage of my situation. Wray's is the best automotive shop I have been to. It's the perfect place to bring your car for top notch care. She had an experience with a company I would like to share as it is so very important that women and general especially my wife get treated with the utmost respect and consideration from repair shops, as I was not there to handle this for her. I would like to send my thanks to them by sharing her experience. “Dear Transbuilt, Being a woman I know very little about cars. I took my Jeep to the dealership to have what I assumed would be a legitimate quote for repairs. All I knew was that it was difficult to put my Jeep into gear. Upon bringing to the dealership I was approached by a male who I will leave nameless who stated instantly that he knew what the issue was with my vehicle and that the “syncros” were bad. He advised he could tell by the noise. I felt comfortable as he sounded like he knew what he was talking about. I was then told the horrific price of $3795.50 to replace my transmission because there was nothing that could be done and a new one would have to be purchased. I then called a friend of mine who advised she took her Lincoln to Transbuilt. I called and spoke with Jon who was very courteous and helpful. He advised that I would need to bring it in and they would give me a free diagnosis. I advised him of my previous experience at the dealership and he assured me I would be taken care of. From the moment I arrived I felt that I could trust this shop, even though I am a skeptic. To my surprise he advised me that I did not need a new transmission and that mine could be repaired. I agreed and by Friday that week my car was done. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the results. My Jeep runs better than ever and to this day I refer everyone I know with any issues to them.
