These people are thieves. They come and take your vehicle and do not even have any legal documents for repo. Do not ever have any dealings with these people. They come to your home, call you all kinds of filthy names, tell you what kinds or trash you are, cuss you out, and threaten to have a warrant out for your arrest.
I was broke down on the interstate a State Trooper gave me this locati... read more I was broke down on the interstate a State Trooper gave me this location to go to and I made it there, the owner of this place was not very helpful at all. He looked at my car and preceed to tell me my transmission was out and when his mechanic arrived back from lunch he would have him look at my car. Well that never happened after several hours sitting there he told me I had major transmission problems and I could leave my car there to be repaired. I was 180 miles from home. So the car was towed back to jacksonvile and it was not the transmission it was a vaccume hose that had come loose. So I want to say thank you to the owner of this A1 Auto Service that tried to rip me off because I was a girl and so far from home. I drove my car out of there and left it down by the intersate for it to be towed so it would not be left on his property and be charged storage fees he wanted to charge me. Enterprise in Tallahassee came out 30 miles to pick me up and get me a rental to get me back on the road after sitting for 4 hours and I made it in time to Pensacola for my Granddaughter to be born!
