Congratulations retaining your customers with this attitude.

They have been a reputable, and friendly business here in Toccoa for many, many years.I have known the family for over 50 years, and I can promise you that they're good people. I myself, have lived many years. I've been through all the other mechanics that just "guess" from one part to the other. The fix what they think is wrong, and when that's not the problem, oh well, we'll just keep guessing and replacing parts until either just happen to fix the problem, or until you run out of money. No more of that since we've been taking our vehicles to Russell and Roger. They diagnose, fix it,(the first time), and BAM!, problem fixed. My husband and I both trust them with all of our vehicle needs and have never been disappointed. We've never had to take it back a second time or have any further problem.
