Our car blew the water pump as we drove on I-95 from Pennsylvania to Florida. Upon asking a local where to go we ended up at Randy & Rhonda's. Stella in the office got right on the phone and found the part. We were repaired by Randy and his mechanic and underway in short order. The work was fine and the price was reasonable and spot on. I highly recommend this repair shop. No price gouging either! Deal with them in confidence.

One Star Is Being Generous! Heed Review. I purchased on old vanity to refurbish and needed a mirror and a piece of glass cut for the vanity. I made a template and took measurements and went to this company on the advice from a woman at Lowes. I picked up the pieces and did not inspect them on site as they were wrapped, I didn't have the furniture with me, and I had given them a template. When I got home and unwrapped the mirror, it was not at all like the template. I called and explained the situation to the extremely rude lady who works the front desk and ended up going back to the store where she was unbelievably rude again and stated she couldn't see anything wrong. When I showed her the error and told her how I rude I thought she had been from the get go, she advised I bring the piece into the store. So I made another trip, each trip a 20 minute drive, and finally got the mirror cut correctly: however, they nicked the vanity in several places which I had to fix. I called the store several days later, Dec 22nd, and asked for the owner. The rude receptionist stated he wasn't in and I said I would try after the holidays. I never left a message or my name, but 20 minutes later, my phone rings and someone named Jimmy, who was also rude, said the owner knew about the situation and I could come to the store by noon on Dec 22nd for a refund. I was in the middle of packing to move to Ft Jackson and could not make it in 45 minutes, so I called my hairdresser who is in the same strip mall to walk down and get my monies as I would see her in 2 weeks. She kept her phone on so I could hear them and they were all whooping and hollering. I was amazed how they were acting. They would not give her my money and I decided to resort to the BBB.

Capable staff and very knowledgeable owner. Tom and his team have gone above and beyond with me. Fair price and fair assessment. Very down to Earth and friendly attitude - always provide options for a variety of complex issues you might run into with your vehicle. This place is the biggest rip off I've ever experienced.Our alternator light came on and this was the closest repair place to I-95 on our return trip back to Tampa.They charged $35.00 to check the charging system which took them less than 5 min.Most reputable auto parts stores and garages do this service as a courtesy. We got less than 5 miles away after getting back on I-95 and our veichle died. Guess what,bad alternator.I called the manager who had no sympathy or explanation. I have seen places like this in the movies that prey on people that are having problems. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and stay clear of this place.

They don't tell you, but this shop is run by Two Nuts and a Bolt Auto Shop on Echols Dr.The owner is very shady and his employees too. Do not trust them they will rip you off every chance they get.The owner Dave Habermann lacks serious integrity and is crooked. Has crooked as a $3 bill.Please beware of that..Save your money and do your research,before these people empty your wallet..

Tried to swindle me out of $2500 on a used car they agreed to fix before taking delivery. They never did any work and tried to strong arm me into signing the title. Refused to return cash paid and even forged a receipt 3 months after the fact. Had to sue them. I won. The owner of the business needs to be jail!

My experience here was deceitful and misinformed. Debbie the Lot Manager for John and his wife...(The Intro Guide) Explains all u need to know about processing and Laying away your vehicle. However she fails to verbally mention that any monies applied toward your purchase is non refundable...So if your Downpayment is 500.00 and you decide you don't want to buy their car then no refund is given. This was indeed an over Ty cause I failed to look at the receipt so I'm now out of 100.00 that I earned from hardwork. Hopefully I will reach a few bog u before an attempt to purchase...SOL gots to be more careful
