This is a horrible place to have any work done on your vehicle! They h... read more This is a horrible place to have any work done on your vehicle! They have bad business ethics, horrible manners and take advantage of women! I called to see if they could give me a "ballpark" estimate for a repair and they informed me that they cannot give an estimate without looking at the car first. My girlfriend took the car in to get the "estimate" and not only did they tell her that they would need to replace parts on it that were basically new they also gave her an estimate about 10x as much as it should cost AND charged her for the estimate they couldn't give over the phone. They just want you to bring the car in so that they can make some type of money off of the estimate! And when I called to complain they didn't know that was my car and were some how able to give me that ballpark estimate over the phone...then when I told them that was my car they just looked at they hung up on me. I don't know how this place is still in business! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I hope that this review can save people the money and time that I wasted on this shame of a company! And I'm pretty sure the "good" reviews this place had was made by employees of the company.
