WOW, My car failed inpection, He gave me a list of things that needed to be done in order for it to pass and a quote to fix it all. Honestly, the quote seemed reasonable but I took it to another Garage to get a comparative quote. The difference was huge. I got the work done and took it back to get re-inspected. It failed again. He claimed one of the items I had fixed still needed to be done. Took it elsewhere to get re-inpected and passed. Here's the deal, He's taking advantage of his position as an inpection station and using it as a way to get more business. I was warned about him but I wanted to make my own mind up. Well, I have. Every interaction with him seemed like I was being hustled. He says, "I always try to do what's best for my customers" and he says it often. Maybe he believes that just saying it over and over will make you believe it. Hell, he may even beleive it himself.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS! I just came from there and they ripped me off pretty good. Let me explain... I went there with a $5 off coupon printed from their website with my wives car. A Tech met me in the waiting room and I told him I wanted an oil change and had the coupon. He said that the coupon would take $5 off the price of $29.95 and asked if I would like them to look at anything else...I said no, just the oil change. After it was done, he came into the waiting room, told me it was all set and went to back 'office'. I followed and watched through the opening as he was on the computer. After he was done, he told me I owed him $67.95. I was in total disbelieve and asked him why it was so much. He told me that according to the computer, that car had synthetic oil the last time it was brought in. I asked him why he put synthetic oil in without asking me first and he said that it was policy to put in what was last done. I told him we talked about the $29.95 oil change and he should have asked if I wanted synthetic first. He just reiterated what he said previously and offered to take the oil out of the car. Can you believe this? What a crock. I told him to forget about it and paid the bill. As I was walking to the car, I told him that they should put a different sticker on the car to differentiate between synthetic or regular oil...as I looked at the sticker, knew it was time for a change and never knew it had synthetic in it. He then told me that I just reminded him that he made a 'mistake' on new the sticker...only adding 3k miles for the next oil change. I found this peculiar and asked him if he really did put synthetic in...he said he did. It then occurred to me that he NEVER left the garage while I was waiting... I told him that he never came in to look at the computer so how did he know it had synthetic in it last time...no answer. I had a horrible accident a couple weeks back and wasn't sure where to take my car.. under such anxiety I turned to the officer first on seen and asked what I should do. He told me it was probably in my best interest to take it to a qualified repair shop.. The officer highly recommended Xtreme Paint & Collision..and not sure what to do next I met with the tow truck driver and as he picked up bits and peices of my car off the ground I asked him who he recommended, and he also highly recommended Xtreme Paint.. I called Xtreme and spoke with Moses and was treated with the upmost respect and his concern for me and my car made me feel number one, Moses had me in a rental within 20 mins and had helped contact my insurance on my behalf.. My repair came out perfect and he also painted my rear bumper and detailed my car at no charge to me!! I recommend Xtreme Paint & Collision to everyone who wants a job done rite!!!

I did my research and got the highest prices around for original equipment for my car. Prices I was charged at Sam's were double for the parts! So service is ok, high hourly rate,but way over priced for parts!

My father bought a car from them and they were very nice. The problem was when he took the car home. It started having problems within a couple of days. I advised him to go back and speak to them about it because it could be something simple. I guess I was thinking that a business would want the customer to be happy, but instead, they told him they could do nothing about it. What is that? I would think that it would be in their best interest to at least pretend that they were willing to help, since they have mechanics there. I know that it's a used car and I do expect that it will eventually have issues, but not 2 days later. That's not good business and maybe they don't need the businness! If that's the case, then they are going about it the right way.
