Alan Symmes worked as an automotive technician for 13 years before opening the doors at Revolution Automotive Services, Inc. in August of 2012. His career started at a dealership and quickly led to independent repair shops, he was not a fan of the way dealers treated their customers and employees. He started his own business on the belief that a BMW repair shop could be a positive experience for the customer AND employees. “I always wanted to open my own auto repair shop…but not a regular shop. I wanted to revolutionize the experience. A place that people want to be. It’s not just about BMW repairs, Mercedes repairs, Audi repairs, etc. It’s about creating the best possible experience for our clients and a better quality of life for our employees.”-Alan Symmes Once opened, Revolution grew quickly! Starting out in 1 bay in August 2012, subleased from another business, Revolution moved next door into a three-bay shop by the end of the year. In May 2015, they expanded to take over two bays in the building next door. Then in January 2017 the company completed their third expansion to connect the two buildings and create the shop you see today. Along the way, this business has not only grown in square footage but with tooling, equipment and employees as well. Revolution Automotive Services, Inc. is the only independent repair shop in the area that you will find currently using factory diagnostic systems for each of the 5 brands they service. We are truly specialists.” -Chris, Master Technician Our technicians are all ASE Certified Master Technicians and they attend training multiple times a year staying up to date with the cars as they evolve. You will not find more educated technicians than we have here at Revolution Automotive Services, Inc. All our staff is trained and tested in their area of expertise. Because we invest so much in our employees and provide such a positive work environment, we can retain some of the best talent in the industry. As for the customer experience, we aim to WOW! We enjoy going above and beyond for our clients. We chuckle when a new client is shocked to find their car sparkling clean inside and out when they pick it up. We enjoy conversation following the electronic vehicle inspection they get in a text or email that contains actual pictures of their car with detailed recommendations. It’s not expected of a small business. We take what large fancy dealerships are offering, do it better and put our hearts into it. We care about our clients. As always, my experience was amazing. I would never consider taking my precious Mini Cooper anywhere else. I always know she will be well taken care of, and everything she needs will be carefully explained to me. And while mine was being repaired, I get to drive their awesome loaner mini which was delivered to me. You can't ask for better service than that!As always, my experience was amazing.
