Exellent service. Honest and fair

We took a radiator in last week for a repair and flush and paid for it as such and got it home the next day (1.5 hour round trip) only to find it had obviously not been flushed. You could still see crud through the ports. We proceeded to flush it ourselves with a garden hose to find about 1/2 pound of crud in it that was causing the cooling problem. Didn't look into it or ask any questions of Tom (radiator tech), just "If you asked us to flush it then it was flushed. Did you stand there and watch? You can always get a little more out of it." ... etc. I suggest you stand clear but if you decide to use them anyway, apparently you need to stand there and watch!

Dex-Tech helped our son out yesterday while he was at college. His Tahoe broke down. We had the vehicle towed the facility and Dex-Tech took care of the problem and got our son back on the road so he could come home! Thank you so very much for your top-notch service always! I went in for a brake inspection, they recommended brake pads and rotors for the front and the back. They did the job in a reasonable time and actually charged me LESS than quoted! Love these guys! Would recommend them to anyone.

My son took his truck into Sound Decisions to have a 6" suspension lift on April 10 of 2012. On that same day Eric of Sound Decisions ,Alias (Sound Innovations) took $1,018.64 from my family to purchase New 36" tires for my sons truck. Eric would not give us an invoice showing when the tires were ordered (only a receipt showing paid in full). We have never seen any tires or invoice to this date. Eric refuses to give us a refund and gives us nothing but constant excuses as to why he can not meet with us to return our money. He said that he did receive a refund but keeps avoiding us with constant excuses and family troubles. I believe that Eric (989)780-0666 of Sound Decisions and Sound Innovations has spent this money that does not belong to him. Also, the suspension lift was only suppose to take 2 to 3 days that took him 14 days to complete. We had to fight to get this truck back. It is now May 09 and I just received my refund for the tires that he never ordered because local authorities had contacted him and questioned his business acts. I believe that this business is a perfect example of FRAUD. Local authorities were contacted and have been aware of many complaints on this business and the odd behavior. Also sound decisions is in the process of changing its business name to "Sound Innovations" contact number for these business's are the same (989) 780-0666.
