Weeks go by and I finally call and get someone on the phone. They inform me the repair won't be pretty because it's an old michigan car and suggests a patch job. I would like the repair but if a patch gets me back on the road then cool. Nope. 2 months later I finally get someone on the phone who tells my they "aren't gonna be able" to fix my car. I flatbed it home and fine no attempt at either the repair or the patch job they suggested themselves. 0 stars. Fecken 0.

I was trying to beat the cold weather and get my entire driveline serviced, belts and seals looked over too. I was given an estimate that was much lower than other shops gave me, and I took the leap. I was overly impressed by the speed of getting my vehicle in, the cost of total repairs and the way the owner, John Chapman’s, demeanor was. He spoke with respect, familiarity and was kind. He stood back his work, something you don’t always see, with a long warranty on parts and national coverage warranties that I could use if I traveled and had car troubles. Definitely will return!
