It took them a month to fix a starter, on a car i bought from them and... read more It took them a month to fix a starter, on a car i bought from them and when they returned the car it was overheating, leaking oil. And the fan, water pump , fan clutch, fan shroud, serpintine belt and god only knows what else were destroyed.. worst auto buying and repair experience of my life! Save your money and go somewhere honest. Dont make the same expensive mistake i did. They have no problem looking you in the eye, shaking your hand and lying to you. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! This isnt the whole story. There is alot more they did (all negative) and im still trying to get my car fixed (almost 2 months later) and should be filing a lawsuit against thelen/crosstown auto soon.
