I spoke with a lady that came off extremely rude, I thought to myself " this must be a joke..." I quickly learned it was no joke and she clearly wanted nothing to do with me (or my business) During our conversation I asked her to clarify some prices that she had listed and the response I received was short and harsh. I would not recommend this U-Haul service based on this experience.
J & M Auto are crooks. Sold me an auto that the engine blew up in the... read more J & M Auto are crooks. Sold me an auto that the engine blew up in the first 50 miles. They would not work with me and offered to fix for an additional $3,000. I had less than 100 miles on this. When trying to work with the owner he blew me off for ten weeks until I demanded a meeting. During the meeting his response was "You bought as is". I offered to trade the car back to him and use it towards another car on the lot. He said "no". He would loose money that way? No kidding? You would rather stick a customer with a car that you bought that was junk? Tells me what type of car lot you run!! Never again!! I ranked them a one only because the computer wouldn't let me do a zero.
