Not recomended for a quick repair. I may recomend going here for spare parts, but was very dissatisfied with the service and promptness of returning calls. Also I rarely was able to get any information on progress, due to non communication. Overallthe exchange was sucessful and I am concerned with all the parts replaced without prior notice to the customer. Idid otfeel as though therewas any help given to locate a replacement part to begin with.

They focus on what the vehicle needs and in my experience are cooperative in delaying nonessential needs per customer request. I have sat waiting for my vehicle and noted the manner of interaction with other customers and it is commensurate with my experience. I am at present preparing to transport a "dead" vehicle to Nixon, a two hour trip, because my experience with local mechanics is so poor. No, I am neither a friend nor relative, merely an older individual who is apparently more knowledgeable than the average "dealer trained" mechanic.

Javad is an experienced tech and familiar with all parts sources in the area; I couldn't believe how he knew just who to call for even hard to find parts. He also has foreign car dealership history and nails down the problems fast. I'd send my mother to this mechanic and not worry at all...

I don't even remember what its called. My car was stolen, and the worst part of it is that the tow company tore through the frame and tow hooks on the back end. I took the car to the dealership (Honda) and they didn't even notice it. I knew something was wrong because my car (Pilot) felt like it wasn't going to stop at stop signs and was very loose feeling underneath. I took it to Mat at HOVW and he noticed the back end problems pretty quickly. It drives GREAT. No more wondering whether something bad was going to happen while driving or stopping!

Fast and I felt confident in the quality of work done.
