Not recomended for a quick repair. I may recomend going here for spare parts, but was very dissatisfied with the service and promptness of returning calls. Also I rarely was able to get any information on progress, due to non communication. Overallthe exchange was sucessful and I am concerned with all the parts replaced without prior notice to the customer. Idid otfeel as though therewas any help given to locate a replacement part to begin with.

August 1, 2012 Steve and Les just finished replacing the windows damaged by the tornado this past spring. Just wanted to say they did an excellent job. There were very courteous and did a good job cleaning up and putting everything back where it belonged. I know it is hard to find good help these days and especially here in the Ozarks.
