I bought a car from them and the car overheated the first time I drove it. I took it to my mechanic to look at. He told me it would cost almost as much as I paid for the car to fix. I tried calling the dealer back and his phone was disconnected. After another week of researching the company, I found the parent company's number. They informed me the person I bought it from was out of the country. The parent company asked me to double check how much it would cost to fix. I did that and the next mechanics discovered the problem was worse and would cost another about 30% more than the car was worth to fix. I called the parent company, they slammed the door pretty quick and basically said too bad, so sad. Then the guy hung up on me. Stay away from them!

My Mother is well in her 70s and not knowledible when it comes to cars. She went in recently with a specific problem $900 later (a very costly tune up and some other work) the car still had the same problem. I looked through some old invoices and see that she has been consitantly taken advantage of. I brought some invoices with me and spoke to Tim (the person in charge) he had the chance to right the wrong and was vert disimissive to me. Needless to say we wont be using Auto Pro any longer and wouldnt send my worse enemy before. Its important you know I have never gone on line to post a review before but felt strongly enough to do so. He will not have my Mom to take advantage anymore

You have to go in with the mind set of being patient, because you aren't bringing in a Chevrolet or Buick, but bringing in a European or German car. Since we are bringing in European or German cars, the search for used or refurbished parts might be more intense than driving an American car. I would and have recommended euro imports.
