Horrible Customer Service!!! While on a family trip from Colorado in late November 2015 we had issues with the heater not working. Brought the car to Midas and they replaced the thermostat. All was working well until 4 months later we started to have issues with the car heating up and the heater working intermittingly. I then took the car to our local mechanic where it was found that an air bubble was causing the problems. Our mechanic “burped” the system and added 1 gallon of coolant and the car is working perfectly. His conclusion was the air bubble was in the system because of incorrect workmanship. Spoke with Randy, the owner, who would not talk to my mechanic, and asked if he would help me with the $114.00 I had to pay because of the negligent workmanship at his shop. He told me he spoke to other mechanics and didn’t believe the problem was caused by them replacing the thermostat. I then said I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and he hung up on me!!
