I have never seen a group of harder working guys. They're honest, fair priced and most of all they do it right the first time. I thought $32.75 was a bit high to plug a tire. However, "Any port in the storm." And for that, I thank you.

Took my Toyota Camry for 2 tire repairs at 8:45am on 06/27/2024. Had previously purchased set of tires from them in September 2023. Left vehicle at shop, received a call that 1 tire couldn't be repaired so I purchased a new tire. At 4pm received a ready to pickup call. Pickup vehicle at 5:25pm with note on paperwork that 2nd tire had a slow leak and dirt was cleaned off it for $32. Once in vehicle saw PSI was 21 on second tire. Advised staff before leaving and was told I could leave it overnight as well as a side statement "that he had worked on that car all day". Of course I did not leave it. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Thanks to Pep Boys business for removing a nail and repairing my second tire.

Give me an estimate of almost $8000 to do a timing chain replacement. Another wanted to charge me $5800. And then a another well-known garage. Charge me $3300 overpriced. And took them 3 days to Get me an instrument. Not recommended for major repairs!

Dave explained everything. He replaced the mirrors with ones that were made for the truck. He was ready when at the time of the appointment, and finished the vehicle in a timely manner. Dave has allways stood behind his work with the guarantee that you will be satisfied. He is knowledgeable on all aspects of the various he has done for me over the years.

Today, I had 4 new tires, new front disk pads, and brake fluid changed, etc. For over 22 years, I drive to Steve Jones Honda for all maintenance and service. The extra 1 hour plus one way is all about my friendship with the people at Steve Jones Honda. They know me by my first name. They know my family by name. Their service is always tops. The few times I've gone for recalls on a part in the Raleigh area is not like the atmosphere at Steve Jones Honda. Developing life time relationships is so important. Most of the time after purchasing a Honda, Steve Jones or his mother will personally call me for feedback. That means a lot!! They have always given me the BEST prices around. What a pleasure it is to visit the great employees at Steve Jones Honda (especially master mechanic Neil Childress)! Thank you all for being a friend.

Used to be a great place when all they did was oil changes. Now most days they only have one bay going for oil changes. You wait around an hour for an oil change. Absolutely crazy!! Love Thomas Tire but their oil change side is awful. .

We have had both or our cars serviced by this shop. All the work was done to highest standards. Honest, fair prices, plus friendly atmosphere. We will definately take our cars here again.
