I had an estimate from another shop and wanted a second opinion. A-1 was referred to me from a family friend so I decided to get a second opinion from them. Bruce came right out and told me that the maintenance in question was not an issue right now and to just keep an eye on it. This is an honorable way of doing business and I feel other shops in town can learn from A-1; it;s not about taking advantage of people in front of you it's about building trust and a long term relationship.
