I had many bad experiences in the past with other mechanics but those days are over - now I go only to Simon. He does everything right - the first time, and in fair price. Three strikes!! First car went for brakes and came home with a missi... read more Three strikes!! First car went for brakes and came home with a missing center cap to my hub caps.... strike one. Same vehicle went back for a front end alignment, and had to return the vehicle because of bad vibrations.... strike two. Brought another vehicle in for a brake repair, picked-up the vehicle, experienced massive vibration about 10 miles into my trip and discovered none of the lug nuts of one wheel were tightened at all and one sheered off during my drive. STRIKE THREE!! Negligent work like this is too dangerous for my family!
