Had a fuel pump problem with my BMW and had taken to other places, one place charged me 200 dollars for two hours of "work" without identifying the problem. I dropped it off at Universal my first time there, Ron took a look at it and called me back in an hour. The car was ready the next day, only because he had to order the part. My car is older so things go bad periodically, the price is always fair and the service is always fast and great.

John Leuzzi is the best of the best and that is rare these days with mechanics. He has done a ton of work for me and every time it's on point with the price- what I like the most is he takes his time and gets it done right the first time around. Not only is he extremely friendly and a nice guy his work is great. American or foreign vehicles, he is the guy to work with. I will never use another Mechanic. Quality work, great guy. If you use him for work you will never regret it and you will always be a happy satisfied customer.

It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.
