I have had some difficulties finding a repair shop in the area that co... read more I have had some difficulties finding a repair shop in the area that could help me with all the problem(s) I was having with my older car. I called Phil’s and explained how money was tight and could not afford to spend a lot on repairs. I was told to drop off the car and the owner Phil will take a look at it. I received a call from Phil that day and not only did he have all the answers to my problem(s) he was willing to fix it that day. I could not have been more satisfied. His labor rate is well below the area shops. I highly recommend Phil’s to everyone!! In fact, I now have a true honest mechanic that I can trust. No problem(s) yet with the work that was done!! The guy above must have been talking about another Phil’s.
Gave Phil, the owner, a call regarding my 2011 Nissan rogue that won’t... read more Gave Phil, the owner, a call regarding my 2011 Nissan rogue that won’t start. He asked what I have, I began to describe the issue, and he cut me off and told me he isn’t interested in my business. Told me he is comfortable with the people he already sees and has no interest in helping me. Did not even listen to what I had to say, cut me off mid sentence. Was recommended to him, but his service was immediately unprofessional. If you’re looking for a new mechanic, he is NOT the guy. Just a sad, unprofessional old man. Do not recommend ????
