We have used this mechanic shop a few times now. The mechanic is very honest and does great work. One vehicle we brought in, and he was unable to absolutely diagnose the problem or if the work he did would fix it, so he told us that straight up and discounted the charge for the diagnosis of the vehicle because he felt he had not properly served us.
