Had an issue with a seat in my truck that needed someone who knew Nissan so I brought my truck over to Scotty and his team in Waynesville. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Scotty and explained my situation. He was upfront with what to expect and was spot on with what I was quoted. The technician that performed the work postponed his lunch to get my truck done. The courtesy Driver Robert was polite and professional. I can’t say enough nice things about my experience. They gave it to me right away and set up an appointment for the next day. It was ready when promised and was what they quoted. It also came with a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty. This is a family owned business that has been here for 20 years. (and I just now found them) I'll be back.
