I have a delivery route, and my alternator died on me while I was deep into my route. With the help of the local Advance Auto, I was back on the road in 3 hours from the time it died on me. They were able to squeeze me in. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I was so grateful for their assistance that day. If I was a local, they would definitely be my place to go for repairs.

Absolutely avoid this place. They quoted a job-- not sight unseen, we took a representative unit to them so they could see it, we gave them our paint specs, and we asked, several times, if they were confidant in their quote. They said "Yes, bring it to us". So,we did,on December 21st. We checked in with them over then next week, and they said all was fine. We got a call from them on the 28th telling us, "We're not painting it. It's too much work." They wasted 10 days of our time, causing us major problems in our scheduling for our customers. Totally unprofessional. They do not live up to their word.
