He just did a tune up and transmission service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Everything he has done for me has been professional and the price, in most cases, is less than other garages. I am very impressed with Wade Yashimura, his new mechanic. Very intelligent young man and very thorough. He found things on my BMW that other mechanics had missed. My Jeep has 140K miles and it purrs like a kitten since he worked on it. I won't be using anyone but Mel's to do my auto repairs.

I am very satisfied with the quality of work and expertise. I will definitely spread the word and recommend this shop to everyone i know. The communication and professionalism is top quality! Charged me 91 dollars to tell me my Transmission was whining (really I can hear that already) and that my oil needs to be changed (isn't that what my sticker from Jiffy lube says in my window) Then when I try reason with them they tell me there going to keep my vehicle until I pay and as soon as I pay the 91 bucks they told me to go F myself. Never will deal with this place ever ever again. Please for the love of God do not take your car there, its a freaking SCAM!!!!! the 10% discount doesn't even work they factor that into the cost already and just charge more. 91 bucks to tell me what I told them I needed fixed. Worst service ever...... NO STARS (I had to put at least a 1 star just to submit this but I wouldn't have even put that down if this would let me)
