Have been going there 15 years; Tom and his dad are very personable and treat people like friends. Very honest. If there is a wait for service, I think it's because they just can't say 'No' when they are already busy. I always leave my car for the day. ;)

My wife and I tend to buy vehicles new from the dealer and then keep them for at least a decade. Mark and his crew help us keep our vehicles on the road. I was particularly pleased when Mark not only completely replaced the rear brakes on my 02 Silverado 3500., but he also updated the Truck's computer with the latest software version! Now the truck shifts much more smoothly. On our 04 Honda Civic, we noticed that the coolant seemed to be needing replacement much too often. Mark, using chemical analysis, found that the head gasket was leaking. Mark and his crew were able to tackle this very labor intensive job and had the Honda back on the road in a few days. OVERCHARGING: This company is (and probably has been) overcharging for prepaid debit/credit card transactions for their various self-service cleaning bays. They provide a credit card machine in the front of their business, which allows customers to swipe their credit/debit cards and then charge against this card at either the manual car wash bays or the vacuum/upholstery cleaning bays. For example, they charge $1.00 for a 3-minute (approximately) vacuuming cycle. In my case, I ran it for three cycles. I did not use any other bays at that time. When I finished, I returned to the credit card machine, and requested a receipt. The machine would not issue one. When I got home, I saw on my credit card account they charged me $12.00 for those three vacuums. This company does not post any telephone number or contact address for their customers at this business. So I could not contact them. Instead, I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to have the excess charges removed. I also find it suspicious that on the credit card receipt, they entitle their business "NBBCOAGMNJPICTTTTT." What's wrong with them printing their receipts with "Mountain Car Care"? I'd advise other customers to be very careful about pre-paying any services with a debit/credit card. You're very likely to be overcharged, as I was, and you won't be given a receipt to be able to tell what you were actually charged.

I purchased a car from them in October, first impression was that these were really honest family oriented people. The buying experience was wonderful. I now have to say, Buyer Beware!!! The car I purchased started with just small issues. First the high beams, then the front tires on the front within a month were showing steel, then came the big stuff, leaking head gasket and finally the transmission, all of this in less than 5 months. Their response was "Oh Well" It's a used car. Supposedly it passed inspection with flying colors, because the day I bought it, it had a brand new sticker. Please keep in mind, that i did not travel extensively with this car. My commute to work each day is only 8 min. each way all other travel was typical family stuff. Grocery store etc. If you decide to purchase from them, please bring a mechanic with you or have it checked immediately by a mechanic you trust, but I really would recommend buying a car elsewhere if possible

I brought my car here after 2 other places couldn't find out what was causing my 04 Nissan sentra to run rough at idle and under acceleration also it had no check engine light on. Other garages did tune up and o2 sensors and still had the same issue. A friend siad to go here so I just pulled in a tech came out after telling him the story he popped the hood 10 minutes later he told me the mass air sensor is not working correctly which costs 168.00. He ordered the part and it came and was installed within an hour and it fixed the problem and I haven't had a problem sence and if I do I'll only be going to rainbow automotive for now on.

These guys were great! They fixed several problems on my 99 VW Beetle that the dealer had ignored even after I asked them to check them. They fixed problems that had been going on for years and got the check engine light off. They were also very reasonable and right down the road. Thanks Eurotek! I will be back with my other cars. Liars and untrustworthy people dishonest racist white people im spanish the moment I step foot in this place I knew they had a problem even looking at a spanish person which god will take care of them when the time comes but I had pay to get a piece from my muffler welded come to find out they just put a screw then when I brought it to there attention they had the nerve to tell me that the work wasn't by them but yet they just put another screw I just looked at them n walked away. Why must people be so mean anyway don't bother with this place unless your white and happy with the way they treat others.
