Worst ever, she didn't know what she was doing....When she saw what I was faxing she turned her nose up at me...Then after waiting nearly 40 minutes for a confirmation it never came , I had to leave, my son was running a fever and I had to get him home...With all that it never went through and I missed the deadline and now I'm dead in the water...This was very disheartening for me I have always had good service there, but ever since they got the new girl service has gone downhill...Do yourself a favor go some place else!
