He will go out of his way to help anybody! He genuinely cares about his customers and is grateful for their business. He has become a very good friend to me and I ride up to visit and patronize his business whenever I get a chance. I have told everybody I know that rides about him and the shop! They will make false promises about when you will get your bike back and overcharge you every step of the way. Not even Barb will call you back. I was almost killed because my bike wasn't road tested and leaked oil. I could go on all day...the worst.
