I brought my car in to have them look at it and possibly replace a broken socket. I called twice but they could not give me an answer on the part. On the third day they basically refused to order the part in for me. They said "I could pick up the part and they would install it." I asked for an explanation and they repeated that I should pick up the part in York PA (or some location near there) and they would install it. What?! I have never heard of any auto shop asking a customer to pick up a part. Lazy!!
