this is my second time over to Schafer's and both times were great! My father uses Schafer's auto for his business and personal vehicles so I decided to try them. When I arrived Mike was  very prompt and professional, he listened to what I had to say and didnt just brush me off or speed me out like other mechanics, he takes the time to explain what he's going to do and you're not surprised when the price comes back. I was very pleased how prompt they were, I called and was placed on hold when my phone dropped the call and mike called me back almost immediately. I went to school to be a mechanic so I know my way around a wrench and I still take my cars into Schafer's. If you're reading this as a person looking for a shop give mike or any of his staff a call, their attitudes and professionalism off the bat is enough to initially get your business and the work they do is what keeps you coming back as a customer!!

Went to Schafer's to get a flat fixed on my Q5.  Had to wait a little because they were short handed and busy, but two hours later I was good to go and at a very reasonable price.  Have gone there for years.  Always a good experience.
